This online service is completely free of charge and provided by people who are running real businesses here in the North East of England.

The website is actually a series of websites linked by subject, relevance and enquiry. Each of the Satellite sites is on a broad business sectors, these are:
Legal - Proving legal advice relevant to business issues
Financial - Providing all manner of financial advice for businesses
Marketing - Information on all forms of business marketing and promotion
Human Resources - Find out anything you need to know about staffing issues but didn't know who to ask?
Infomation Technology - Baffled?? No longer ask the experts!!!
Each of the five satellite sites then have four or five sections that broadly cover the area of expertise you need for example in Marketing Advice there are sections on PR, Strategy, Corporate ID, Market Research & Online Marketing each headed by a local expert in that field. The expert gives an overview of what for that subject is all about, how it can benefit you, what to avoid & FAQ's regarding that area. Then best of all if you still need to know more or wish to get specific information on how it could help YOUR BUSINESS then you can email the expert who covers that subject.
